License
A purchase grants one customer a personal, non-transferable license to read and use the report. Reports may not be republished, resold, uploaded to shared repositories, or distributed outside the purchasing account.
Payments and refunds
Payments and subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Digital reports are delivered immediately after confirmed payment. Refund requests should be submitted promptly; refunds for downloaded digital products are handled case by case where required by law.
Data and liability
Markets and company disclosures change. Northstar does not warrant that any report remains current or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, use of the materials is at the reader's own risk.
Support and notices
For purchase support, use the contact details included in the Stripe receipt associated with the order. Formal notices should identify the purchasing email, order date, and report title so the request can be matched without sharing payment-card information.
